Dried Plum Coffee Cake. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and 3 1/ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Spread it with a spatula.
Line bottom of pan with parchment paper. Combine remaining dried ingredients and add to creamed mixture, stir just enough to blend. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over batter.
